The 1895 O is often seen in the circulated grades and among higher level pieces. AU-50 is the optimal collecting grade; AU is examples that encountered with frequently. This 1895 O is designed by George T. Morgan. It is 38.1 millimeter in diameter and it is weight of 26.73 grams. It is consist of metal which is 90 percent of silver and 10 percent of copper. It is minted in New Orleans; the mint mark “O” that beneath the bow in the reverse. There are 100,000 or more were placed into the circulation in or near the year of mintage. Some went into the storage. There are also several dies varieties are known from five pairs of dies. None are shows dramatic differences.
